All registrations are now welcome onsite at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Please see the staff at the Congress registration desk.
Registration for the International Horticultural Congress 2014 is now open. Delegates may register for the Congress in full, for an individual day or to attend WOCMAP2014.
How to Register
Registration can be submitted by completing the online form above or by downloading the hard copy form and sending it to the Congress Secretariat. Registration must be completed by 17 February 2014 to incur the early bird rates. After this date the rates will increase as per the table below.
Registration Fees
All fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST).

* To be eligible for the ISHS members rate you must be a ISHS Member. All members will be crossed checked for eligibility.

Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons are encouraged to attend IHC 2014 in Brisbane. As an alternative to an all encompassing accompanying persons registration, additional tickets to all social functions can be purchased individually. These tickets can be purchased through the online registration process, or directly with the Congress secretariat.

Social Functions and Lunches
Tickets to the social functions and daily lunches are not included in the registration fees unless specified otherwise. You may indicate your attendance at any of the social functions and your preference to pre-book lunches at the same time as registering.

Accommodation
The IHC2014 Secretariat has confirmed rooms in selected hotels for the benefit of Congress participants. The hotels have been selected for their proximity to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre and you are encouraged to secure your accommodation when you register to ensure that you receive competitive rates, negotiated for Congress delegates. Accommodation can be booked via the registration form; please see the Accommodation page for more information.
Method of Payment
Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
- Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. If you are making a credit card payment from a country outside Australia, for security reasons you must first advise your banking institution of the impending charge and authorise them to allow the charge to Australia to go through. Please note that charges to your credit card will appear as being from "ICMS Australasia Pty Ltd" on your bank statement.

Payment deadlines
Registrations received by 17 February 2014 must be paid in full by 17 February 2014 in order to receive the early bird registration rate.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Deadline: 11 July 2014
Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made by 11 July 2014 will result in a full refund less $150 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 11 July 2014 without incurring any cost penalty. Refunds for cancellations received after 11 July 2014 will only be made in exceptional circumstances. The Congress Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Congress Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Congress does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
